The service portal of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities addresses all lecturers, researchers and staff of the Heinrich Heine University and stands for digital information supply and processing, digital communication and the use of new media in research, teaching and business processes. On the pages of the IKM you will find comprehensive information and helpful tips on web applications such as e-mail services, databases, e-learning, etc. Furthermore, the IKM supports you in setting up your own forums and groupware systems and makes the software available for download.
Lecturers
The Medienlabor (media laboratory) is a teaching facility that provides students and lecturers at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf with skills in the production, editing and analysis of audiovisual media to accompany seminars. Therefore, the orientation of the media laboratory is focused on accompanying seminars and project work that follow this objective. For this purpose, in addition to an audio studio with a separate voice booth and a video studio with a separate control room, two pools with higher-quality editing workstations are available in which produced A/V material can be post-edited, presented and discussed.
