Welcome to the Ideas and Complaints Management!

There’s always potential for improvement! That is why the ideas and complaints management of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (unique at the HHU) does not only take care of problems but also of suggestions for improvement in the area of study and teaching. So if you have something in mind which will ameliorate the processes, the teaching environment, etc. or you don’t want to handle a conflict by your own, you are welcome to address your ideas and complaints by form, mail, telephone or in a consultation hour.
